Terms and Conditions

1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

   1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the "Welcome Bonus" promotional offer provided by ICM Brokers ("the Company"), wherein eligible Customers are awarded a Welcome Bonus on new deposits made to trade CFDs on Spot Foreign Exchange, Indices, Metals, Energies, Commodities, and Shares, subject to the conditions outlined herein.

2. DEFINITIONS

   1. "Company" refers to ICM Brokers as defined in Clause 1.1.
   2. "Customer" means any individual client of the Company.
   3. "Account" refers to the trading account opened and maintained by a Customer with the Company.
   4. "Welcome Bonus" is the bonus amount credited to the Customer's Account during the Promotional Period.
   5. "Promotional Period" denotes the timeframe specified in Clause 4.1 of these Terms during which the promotion is active.
   6. "Eligible Customer" refers to Customers fulfilling the eligibility criteria outlined in Clause 3.

3. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

   1. The Welcome Bonus promotion is exclusively available to Customers who meet the following eligibility criteria ("Eligible Customer"):
      1. Active live account holders of ICM Brokers, including both existing and new Customers.
      2. Individual account holders or Customers introduced through Introducing Brokers (IBs), excluding Introducing Brokers and Referrals themselves.
      3. Customers making a new minimum deposit of USD 300 into their Accounts.

4. WELCOME BONUS TERMS

   1. The Promotional Period starts on May 1, 2025, and ends on July 31, 2025.
   2. The Welcome Bonus applies solely to new deposits made within the Promotional Period. It shall be credited to the Customer's Account as trading credit. No trading volume or performance-related conditions are required.
   3. The Welcome Bonus is exclusively applicable to Standard and Prime Account types for individual Customers or Customers introduced through IBs. Introducing Brokers and Referrals are explicitly excluded from this promotion.
   4. The Welcome Bonus amounts to 20% of the new deposits, with a maximum bonus of USD 5,000 per account during the Promotional Period.
   5. Any withdrawal from the Account will result in immediate cancellation and removal of the full Welcome Bonus, which may subsequently trigger a stop-out of open positions.
   6. The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred, including but not limited to account stop-outs, resulting from the removal of the Welcome Bonus upon withdrawal.
   7. The Welcome Bonus is intended to provide additional protection for the Customer in the event of a drawdown. However, the Company reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from receiving the Welcome Bonus without prior notice if there is reason to believe the Customer is abusing or attempting to abuse the promotion, including but not limited to engaging in arbitrage or hedging activities across multiple accounts.
   8. Customers may select any one promotional offer available but cannot combine multiple promotions on the same Account.
   9. These Terms shall govern all Welcome Bonuses offered through promotional emails, media campaigns, and/or directly by Company representatives, applicable to both online and offline promotional activities.
   10. Acceptance of the Welcome Bonus constitutes agreement to these Terms. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and changes will be published on the Company's website. Customers are advised to regularly review the Terms. Continued usage of the Company's website and services after modifications constitute acceptance of such changes.
   11. In case of discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

   1. Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
   2. Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of the Company's rights or remedies under these Terms.
   3. Customers acknowledge that the Company's services are not intended for United States residents or citizens, and Customers represent that they are not U.S. persons.
   4. No representations or warranties are made by the Company beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.

6. PROMOTIONAL OFFER DETAILS

   1. The Company offers Eligible Customers a Welcome Bonus equal to 20% of their new deposits, up to a maximum of USD 5,000.
   2. Any withdrawal from an Account during the Promotional Period will result in the immediate removal of the Welcome Bonus.
   3. The Promotional Period stated herein starts on May 1, 2025, and ends on July 31, 2025, after which the Welcome Bonus will no longer be available.
